We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive the wrong or defective product, then you can easily return or exchange the product within 15 working days from the date of receiving the order to the address mentioned below.

If the product is neither faulty nor defective and you wish to return it, you'll need to ship it back to us, on your own. Once we've conducted quality control on the returned item, we'll proceed to refund your money.

Please report the problem/return  to our Customer Service within 3 days after receiving the product, you might be suggested to send the photo of the item you received as well.

Once we have confirmed your return, please send the item(s) to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 15 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.

Product should not be washed or used and all labels should be intact. If the retuned product is having any signs of usage then we request you not to send such products back to us because we won’t be able to refund you cost of the product.


There are no claims on used goods.

 

We do a thorough check of the product before shipment still If the product that you have received is not perfect or having some fault or if you receive some other item then what you have purchased then you just need to send that product back to us, once we receive the product we will provide you the credit of same amount in to your Hirolas.com online account. That amount you can use for your subsequent purchase with us.
