Our motive is to provide you Hassel free shopping experience while you shop with us. If you are not happy with the product you purchased then you can easily cancel all items before they have been processed/shipped from our warehouses.

Cancellation is not possible on partial products that mean you cannot cancel part of your PRODUCT. You need to cancel the complete order. The refund amount will be credited back in to your account (only for Non COD orders). Hirolas.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Hirolas.com and accept Hirolas.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Hirolas.com Non Delivery Cancellation Policy
Hirolas.com delivers 98% of the orders within the promised schedule date but in rare circumstance if your order cannot be delivered within the stipulated time, we will ensure you are updated about the delay on a timely basis.
The delays will be communicated to you as below:
- Day 0 – You have successfully placed an order with us and Hirolas.com will send order confirmation details through an E-mail.
- Day 10 – In rare scenario on Day 10 if the ordered item is still not dispatched, we will give you a call and send an E-mail with regard to the order status.
- Day 16:
– If the item ordered is not dispatched, Hirolas.com will send an E-mail where you can decide to wait for few more days or request for cancellation/refund.
– If you have not selected any of the options on 16th day mailer, we will consider this as your request to cancel and proceed to refund the amount paid by you against the item or cancel the item if it is ordered through COD payment mode.
– If you have selected "Continue to wait", we will try our best to obtain the item from our vendors and dispatch it at the earliest.
- Day 20 – Order will be automatically cancelled on this day and the amount will be refunded if it is a paid order.
